2014 Thor Motor Coach Tuscany XTE 40EX 40' Class A Motorhome. Cummins 360HP Diesel Engine, 3 Slide Outs, Awning, Sleeps 4, Dual A/C Units.

This 2014 Thor Tuscany Motorhome has been lovingly enjoyed by two different retired couples. It sleeps four, with a king size bed and a brand new air mattress that has never been used. It has an auto-leveling system. It is a 360 horse Cummins diesel-pusher, and easily tows a vehicle, with 62000 miles. There is also a 50-amp on-board Diesel Generator.

The three slide outs expand the living area and one is a super-slider, that is 30 feet long. There is an On-board camera system for behind the motorhome and both left and right when driving.

For the past two years it was driven to Arizona and parked in a beautiful park, Happy Trails RV Resort in Surprise, AZ.

The King size bed is a sleep number bed, however, we never used it because we put our pillow topper on top of the mattress. Above the bed are reading lights as well as speakers for the radio system. It has a great deal of storage, including deep cabinets and under the bed (flip up the bed to see the storage).

The dishwasher was purchased in November of 2021 and above it I used baskets as extra pantry space.

We did not use the half bath, but instead hung rods to accommodate hanging dresses and extra space for out of season clothing. It does have a very nice cabinet for cosmetics, medicines or cleaning supplies.

The beautiful kitchen was perfect for our needs and the house-sized fridge held an abundance of fresh and frozen food. We used the toaster oven/air fryer every day and I never once missed having an oven! The large microwave held anything we wanted to cook and is a convection oven as well. The 3-burner stove is handy and the cover makes even more counter space. I used a large electric skillet and crock pot quite often for meals, and of course we used our grill.

I especially like the pull-out table and it is plenty large for 4 adults to sit around for a meal. (Two extra chairs under the bed and the seats open up for a little storage.) The storage cabinets above the table area, and below, held crafts and office supplies, books, and dishes.

The fireplace kept us warm on the few chilly evenings and mornings and we rarely used the furnace. The A/C has two units with separate controls so we could keep the bedroom cooler than the living area.

The couch has a brand new air mattress underneath to make more sleeping area, but we never used it, nor did the first owners. It came with the RV and has a built in pump to air it up. The Couch pulls out as well when the sliders are out to make more seating.

The passenger chair has a power footrest which I enjoyed as we were traveling back and forth to and from AZ. The big window by the driver and the smaller one next to the passenger made for wonderful fresh air and we rarely used the A/C when driving. The fans in the window kept the air moving. The front window has two shades, a screen and a blackout shade which has a button to raise and lower. All the other windows have those kinds of shades as well but you manually raise and lower them.

There is a huge amount of storage underneath, and I especially appreciated the ?tray? that could be opened from either side. We had more than enough room underneath for fishing poles, blankets, craft supplies, and more.

The Winegard TV system was installed by the prior owners, and we had Roku and Hulu so we did not activate it. There are three televisions, all in great working order, and the outside one is especially nice when camping. The surround sound system works off the radio and DVD player.

It is equipped with a dirt devil vacuum system.

The 2 large outdoor canopies have wind sensors and close automatically if necessary and we used them a few times, but we were in a covered lot so the RV was protected from the sun and other elements.
