We bought this new from Camping World January 2016. We have used it very little. Only has 5,400 miles

Ford E450 Super Duty, Gas Powered, Triton V10, Automatic Transmission

One slide-out for bedroom, the bed is Queen size, the sofa and dining booth each make out into beds

Large overhead bunk area, sleeps total of 8

TV and built-in DVD player, wired for cable/satellite

We had an electric water heater added by Camping World, works on gas, too

In March 2026 Camping World installed new House Battery, Carbon Monoxide/Propane Detector/Alarm and Awning

Had Camping World inspect everything to insure that everything works properly 

In March 2026 Molle Chevrolet did oil change, lubed chassis, checked brakes & power steering, and topped off all fluids

Had Molle Chevrolet inspect everything to insure that everything works properly

March 2026 replaced all tires with Michelin brand

Measurements are 27 ft, 1 in long, 10 ft, 10 in high, 8 ft, 4 in wide

Two Outside storage compartments -- 66x38x28  and 53x20x18

Towing capaity 8,000 lbs.    GVWR 12,500 lbs

No leaks inside, outside or engine

Never been smoked in

Title is Clear and Clean
