2020 Thor Chateau 31EV with one full wall slide-out! Spacious!

Lightly used and in great condition, this 2020 Chateau 31EV is ready to hit the road! Packed with features and amenities like sleeping for up to 10 (including bunks), a generator, and a spacious interior, thanks to the super-slide, you'll be happy in your Chateau 31EV.

The comfortable driver's cockpit has a pair of leatherette Captain's chairs with armrests, power windows, and power locks. A touchscreen dash radio with a back-up monitor and integrated camera provides monitoring for extra safety and confidence.

The cab-over bed has a ladder for access and is rated for up to 500 lbs. A window with a blind on the passenger side allows light in when the blind is up. A 40" LED TV on a swivel mount can be positioned to view from within the living space.

Behind the driver's seat is the leatherette Dream Dinette booth. The table can be lowered to form a bed. Storage drawers pull out at the end of each bench cap. You'll also find seatbelts for your passengers. Three overhead cabinets provide storage with a window with pull-down shades and valance behind the dinette.

Opposite the dinette is a leatherette jack-knife sofa. The sofa opens to form a bed and is equipped with seatbelts. Behind the sofa is a window with a pull-down blind and valance. The large overhead storage cabinets house a Blu-Ray player. Next to the sofa on the bulkhead is a USB charging station.

The well-appointed kitchen sits behind the dinette and features a large stainless steel sink with cover and pull-out faucet, a stove with one induction and two gas burners, a pull-up countertop 110-v outlet, a microwave/convection oven, and an electric/propane refrigerator/freezer.

You'll also find many drawers and cabinet storage, including a pantry beside the refrigerator/freezer.

The bunk beds are located within the super-slide in a hallway to the master bedroom. The top and bottom bunks have a TV, light, and window with shade. There is a ladder to access the top bunk. Below the bottom bunk are a pair of pull-out storage drawers.

The bathroom can be accessed from the living space or the master bedroom separately.

The bathroom features a sink with vanity, a medicine cabinet, a foot-flush toilet, and a shower with a skylight. A ceiling vent with an electric fan and a linen closet above the toilet are also included. The water heater is on-demand, so you don't have to worry about running out of hot water in the tank.

Nightstands bracket the 60" x 75" bed with storage below. There is a window behind the bed and a pull-down shade with valance. Overhead is lots of cabinet storage.

There is another window with a blind and valance at the rear of the Chateau.

Opposite the bed is a dresser, overhead cabinet storage, and a large hanging closet with pull-out drawer storage below.

There are various storage compartments on the exterior, including a large rear storage compartment on the rear passenger side.

The Chateau also has a slide topper, front/side window storage covers, wheel covers, and roof A/C cover to help protect the Class C.
